TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made with Casa Marina Boutique Apartments and Villa Amalia Boutique Apartments, managed by Frans & Jenny van de Lavoir.

1. Booking & Payment A reservation is confirmed after the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival, as stated in the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy - Up to 12 weeks before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable. - Between 12 and 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is payable. - Within 6 weeks before arrival: 100% of the booking amount is payable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance.

3. Security Deposit A €250 cash security deposit is required upon arrival. The full amount will be refunded immediately at check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and no damage has occurred.

4. Electricity 20 kWh of electricity per day is included, which is more than sufficient for normal use. Additional consumption may be charged separately.

5. Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.

6. Use of the Apartment Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

7. Damage The lead guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay and must report it immediately.

8. Liability Casa Marina Boutique Apartments is not liable for loss, theft, accidents or interruptions to electricity, water, internet or other services beyond our control.

9. Privacy Personal data is processed only for booking administration and legal obligations in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Alicante, Spain.
