El apartamento está ubicado en una excelente zona, a solo 150 metros de la playa, 150 metros del supermercado, 200 metros de restaurantes y bares, y muy cerca de Punta Prima, La Zenia Boulevard y el centro de Torrevieja. El aeropuerto de Alicante se encuentra a unos 40 minutos en coche. De noviembre a marzo, este apartamento está disponible para alquiler de larga estancia desde **1.050 € al mes**, incluyendo **20 kWh de electricidad al día**.
