El apartamento dispone de un amplio salón, una cocina totalmente equipada, 2 baños modernos, un balcón de 8 m² y una terraza privada en la azotea de 50 m² con cómodos muebles de exterior, perfecta para relajarse bajo el sol del Mediterráneo. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a una magnífica piscina comunitaria, piscina infantil y jardines cuidadosamente mantenidos. También disponemos de cuna y trona para bebés bajo petición. El apartamento está ubicado en una excelente zona, a solo 150 metros de la playa, 150 metros del supermercado, 200 metros de restaurantes y bares, y muy cerca de Punta Prima, La Zenia Boulevard y el centro de Torrevieja. El aeropuerto de Alicante se encuentra a unos 40 minutos en coche. De noviembre a marzo, este apartamento está disponible para alquiler de larga estancia desde **1.050 € al mes**, incluyendo **20 kWh de electricidad al día**. El consumo adicional de electricidad se cobrará por separado. También es posible alquilar el apartamento por períodos más largos bajo petición.

Public transport: Bus stops are located nearby with regular routes to the centre of Torrevieja, the beaches, and the main bus station, where you can connect to Alicante Airport and other destinations.
