Het appartement ligt op een uitstekende locatie, op slechts 150 meter van het strand, 150 meter van de supermarkt en 200 meter van diverse restaurants en bars. Punta Prima, winkelcentrum La Zenia Boulevard en het centrum van Torrevieja liggen op korte afstand. De luchthaven van Alicante bevindt zich op ongeveer 40 minuten rijden. Van november tot en met maart is dit appartement beschikbaar voor overwintering vanaf € 1.050 per maand, inclusief 20 kWh elektriciteit per dag. Extra elektriciteitsverbruik wordt apart in rekening gebracht. Een verblijf voor een langere periode is mogelijk op aanvraag.
