The apartment features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms, an 8 m² balcony and a private 50 m² rooftop terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. Guests have access to a beautiful communal swimming pool, children's pool and landscaped gardens. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. The apartment is ideally located just 150 metres from the beach, 200 metres from restaurants and bars, 150 metres from a supermarket and within easy reach of Punta Prima, La Zenia Boulevard and Torrevieja city centre. Alicante Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive away. From November to March, this apartment is available for long-term winter rental from €1,050 per month, including 20 kWh of electricity per day. Additional electricity usage is charged separately. Longer rental periods are available on request.

Public transport: Bus stops are located nearby with regular routes to the centre of Torrevieja, the beaches, and the main bus station, where you can connect to Alicante Airport and other destinations.
